ITIL ® Practitioner Course - IPRC - Release and Control (Change/Release/Configuration)

ITSM Academy's ITIL Practitioner Release and Control class is a five (5) day, EXIN accredited, certification course. It is intended for professionals who participate in managing, organizing and optimizing the operations of the Release and Control processes in an IT Service Organization which has implemented, or started to implement, ITIL based best practices.
(This course replaces the independent Change and Configuration Management Practitioner Courses).

At the end of this class, learners will be equipped to:  
• Understand the ITIL framework sufficiently to be able to develop, implement and manage an Integrated Change and Release Management framework, using Configuration Management as a critical component.
• Extend their skills in planning, monitoring, reporting and optimizing Change, Release and Configuration Management.
• Understand best practices for requesting, assessing, approving and deploying changes to IT services, and be able to relate how these processes contribute to an increase in functionality and quality of IT services.
• Take and pass the exam for the Practitioner's Certificate in Control and Release - EXIN recommends an average of 60 hours of study.

EXIN Certification:
Learners, who have completed all in-course practical assignments, will be equipped to earn their ITIL Practitioner Release and Control certification by achieving a passing score on a 120 minute, 40 question examination, which is administered on the final day of class.

At the end of this class, learners will be equipped to:

PREREQUISITE: LOGISTIC:
Learners are required to send ITSM Academy a copy of their Foundation
Certification at least seven (7) business days prior to class start.
The certification can be sent in via the following methods:
Class will be held your training c enter. Each day, will begin at 9am. This is a forty hour class. Maximum attendance is sixteen students.

At the end of this class, learners will be equipped to:
• 8 - 10 hours of pre-class study .
• 36 hours of training, 30% theory and 70% assignments.
• 7 - 9 hours of homework assignments / reading.
